What should I bring?
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to your appointment to fill out additional paper work. You will want to bring:
- Your New Patient Forms completed
- Recent lab work, test results, xray's, scans, and any other relevant medical history
What should I expect at my first appointment?
You will be working with team of two or three physicians for approximately two hours. After a thorough review of your health condition, a customized treatment plan will be created utilizing the finest complementary protocols available.
The following are some of the assessments and diagnostics that are part of the first appointment:
- Testing for chemicals, environmental toxins and nutrients
- Nutritional and dietary analysis
- Risk factors analysis for cancer, heart disease, etc.
Who should I talk to if I have any questions about my medical care?
If you have any additional questions after your initial consultation, your patient care coordinator will assist you through out your stay and treatment process.
