If you have your records, share them with our Patient Care Coordinators to expedite the process. We Coordinate and Schedule Your Appointment

After speaking with you and understanding your medical condition we will schedule your initial appointment and help coordinate the details of your visit. If you need help with accommodation, our Patient Care Coordinators will provide you with local hotels and realtor information. We try to take care of every minute detail for you, which allows you to remain focused on yourself while progressing towards a holistic recovery!

We Facilitate Your Detailed Integrative Precision Care Consultation

Before your first visit, we will email you a webinar to review additional information on treatment methods at Envita. We will also have you fill out an extensive intake packet to ensure our team has all the necessary details about you, even before you meet them.

We Personalize your Comprehensive Precision Treatment Plan

Your first visit will include a detailed 90-minute consultation with your Oversight Physician. Your Oversight Physician will prescribe a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals, while focusing on your priorities as well as your quality of life! At Envita, we believe in a team approach, which will allow you to have access to many experts in the field.

We Support You in Every Way Possible During Treatment

During your treatment, you have an entire care team including multiple doctors, nurses, patient care experts, and medical admin personnel, focused on providing you with the highest level of care. While our team of integrative physicians are driven towards customizing your precision treatment plan, your designated patient care experts and the rest of the team take care of other details, like following up on lab results, coordinating medications, and scheduling medical appointments.

We Care for You Even after Treatment Completion Through our Home Support Programs

With Envita by your side- you are never alone! Even after your treatment is complete, our Home Support Coordinators follow up with you regularly to ensure timely screenings. They also facilitate phone consultations with your Home Support Physicians, who guide you towards appropriate interventions, which you may seek locally or at Envita, if needed.
