Kristyn's Lyme Disease Story
Kristyn first started developing the symptoms of Lyme disease back in 1994 after moving from New York to Arizona. She didn't get the typical bull's-eye rash that's normally associated with Lyme, but had a number of other symptoms that convinced her to seek medical help. Kristyn was extremely fatigued, had joint pain, flu-like symptoms, brain fog, hair loss, confusion, headaches, depression and anxiety, just to name a few.
Envita Medical Centers doesn't make any guarantee of outcomes. Results are not typical and will vary from person to person and should not be expected.
Kristyn went to every doctor and specialist she could think of but was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with her and she was quickly dismissed with pain killers, antidepressants and steroids. This went on consistently for a duration of 16 years. Kristyn finally decided to contact Envita Medical Center after her sister-in-law, Becky, continually urged her to go for two years. She told Kristyn that she had all the symptoms of Lyme disease.
Kristyn credits Envita with actually listening to her medical concerns and noting her symptoms. Doctors quickly tested her blood and sent it off to a specialized lab and to Kristyn's surprise, both of the tests returned positive for Lyme disease. In response, Envita immediately developed a treatment protocol designed specifically for Kristyn and further refined her overall diet, which is a huge key to her recovery. According to Kristyn, “I strongly believe Envita's treatment protocol saved my life. I am so very grateful for Envita! Untreated Lyme is so dangerous and it is a lot more prevalent than we could ever imagine. If you have any undiagnosed symptoms or have been dismissed by your doctor, yet still believe that something isn't right, I must urge you not to give up!”
